With the NBA playoffs coming near there's still alot of thing to determine in the Eastern and Western Conferences ! Here's a look at what the eastern conference looks like. Note that Cleveland, Orlando, Boston and Atlanta have all reserved their playoff spots in the Eastern Conference.

Here's a look at the Western Conference. Note that only L.A has clinched their playoff spot. The western conference is the tougher of the two conferences.

With the playoffs coming every team is looking to heal up, raise their intensity and go into the post-season with a good streak. I will keep you guys posted on the playoff picture.
